blueberry muffins

These are great to sit down with a group of friend with. Garenteed to have many blueberrys in each muffin
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups self raising flour shopping list
- 125g blueberries shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 200C and line muffin pans.
- Mix butter and sugar together, add eggs and milk. Mix till combined
- Fold in flour and then blueberries, taking care not to squash blueberries.
- Sppon into muffin pans and cook.
