  • Remove skin and bones from Salmon if desired; flake salmon with a fork.. Add egg, buttermilk, flour. and Cheddar cheese, stirring well. Shape salmon mixture into 6 patties. (Mixture will be moist). Pour oil to a depth of 1/8 inch into a large heavy skillet. Cook patties in hot oil over medium heat 8 mins. or until golden brown, turning onceā€¦
