Cheesy Salmon Patties

- * 1 (15 1/2-ounce) can of pink salmon, drained shopping list
- * 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- * 1/4 cup buttermilk shopping list
- * 1/3 cup self rising flour shopping list
- * 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- * vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Remove skin and bones from Salmon if desired; flake salmon with a fork.. Add egg, buttermilk, flour. and Cheddar cheese, stirring well. Shape salmon mixture into 6 patties. (Mixture will be moist). Pour oil to a depth of 1/8 inch into a large heavy skillet. Cook patties in hot oil over medium heat 8 mins. or until golden brown, turning onceā¦
