Golden Gingersnaps

- 1 pkg Golden sugar cookie mix - I used Duncan Hines shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tblspn water shopping list
- 1 tblspn light molasses shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- . shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tblspn milk shopping list
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
- Grease cookie sheets
- Combine, cookie mix, egg, water, molasses, ginger, cinnamon & soda in a large bowl & mix until thoroughly blended
- Place the1/4 cup sgar in a small bowl
- Shape about 1 level tblspn of dough into a ball & roll in the sugar to completely cover
- Repeat with rest of dough & place about 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets
- Flatten slightly with the bottom of a drinking glass
- Brush tops lightly with milk
- Sprinkle with pecans
- Bake for 9 mins for chewy cookies or 10 mins for crisp cookies
- Cool 3 mins on cookie sheets & then more to wire racks to cool completely
- Store in airtight container
