Ingredients
  • 1 lb. fresh chevre cheese
  • 1 tsp. each fresh chopped: thyme, rosemary, summer savory (if available), fresh or dried lavender, fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 jar grape leaves in brine (rinsed)
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Directions
  1. MARINADE TIME OVERNIGHT
  2. ----------------------------------------
  3. Lay 2 grape leaves on cutting board, joined together at the bottoms (vein side up)
  4. Place goat chevre on top.
  5. Sprinkle with herbs and pepper.
  6. Wrap sides up over top to seal.
  7. Place in oil and marinate overnight. Drain well .
  8. Place on grill for one and a half minutes each side.
  9. Serve with flatbreads, crackers or grilled country bread and olives.
