How to make it

  • MARINADE TIME OVERNIGHT
  • ----------------------------------------
  • Lay 2 grape leaves on cutting board, joined together at the bottoms (vein side up)
  • Place goat chevre on top.
  • Sprinkle with herbs and pepper.
  • Wrap sides up over top to seal.
  • Place in oil and marinate overnight. Drain well .
  • Place on grill for one and a half minutes each side.
  • Serve with flatbreads, crackers or grilled country bread and olives.
