Grape Leaves Stuffed With Chevre

- 1 lb. fresh chevre cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp. each fresh chopped: thyme, rosemary, summer savory (if available), fresh or dried lavender, fresh cracked black pepper shopping list
- 1 jar grape leaves in brine (rinsed) shopping list
- extra virgin olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- MARINADE TIME OVERNIGHT
- ----------------------------------------
- Lay 2 grape leaves on cutting board, joined together at the bottoms (vein side up)
- Place goat chevre on top.
- Sprinkle with herbs and pepper.
- Wrap sides up over top to seal.
- Place in oil and marinate overnight. Drain well .
- Place on grill for one and a half minutes each side.
- Serve with flatbreads, crackers or grilled country bread and olives.
