How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
  • Add potatoes; stir well to coat.
  • Place potatoes in a single layer on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
