Cinnamon Swirl Tube Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter

3 cups flour - All purpose

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

1 pint sour cream

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 tablespoon baking powder

* Streusel filling mixture

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition

Sift dry ingredients together

Add half of flour and beat well

Add half of sour cream & beat well

Repeat

Pour into large tube pan making 3 layers of batter alternating batter with cinnamon mixture (Streusel Mixture)

Mix:

1 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons cinnamon (or less if desired)

1 cup chopped nuts
