Ingredients
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg lightly even
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Lightly grease 8 inch square pan
  3. sift together flour baking powder sugar and salt in a large bowl
  4. add egg and mix to a soft dough
  5. spoon into prepared pan spread evenly
  6. brush top generously with melted butter and sprinke with sugar mixture
  7. bake 20 min
