Quick Coffee Cake

Aawesome! Everyone loves it.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 4 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 3 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 egg lightly even shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted) shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Lightly grease 8 inch square pan
- sift together flour baking powder sugar and salt in a large bowl
- add egg and mix to a soft dough
- spoon into prepared pan spread evenly
- brush top generously with melted butter and sprinke with sugar mixture
- bake 20 min
