Pasta With Apples And Curry

A simple pasta mixing sweet and spicy flavours. Excellent
Ingredients
- 180 gr pasta (Reginette or Mafalde type, but every pasta is good) shopping list
- 1 apple shopping list
- 1 teaspoon curry shopping list
- 1 shallot shopping list
- 2 tablespoon cream shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta as usual. Meanwhile, sauté olive oil and the shallot cut in small slices. Add peeled apple cut in dices and curry. Cook for some minutes. When the pasta is almost cook, add the cream to the apple-curry mix. Finally, mix pasta and apple-curry.
