Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a medium sized bowl, mix together cream cheese and sour cream
  • Fold in black olives and green onions
  • Lay out flour tortillas on your working space
  • Using a spatula, spread even amounts of cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla
  • Layer dried beef evenly on each tortilla, taking care not to get too close to the edges of the tortilla (when you roll them up, they'll start to poke out otherwise.)
  • Roll tortillas tightly, and wrap in Saran wrap
  • Place rolls in freezer for 15 minutes
  • Remove wrap and cut rolls on a diagonal with a very sharp knife
  • Discard ends and place the nice pieces on a serving platter
  • These keep well for several days in the fridge.
