Philadelphia Stroganoff

I substitude deer for the beef. This is a good meal on a cold wintery day..
Ingredients
- 1 lb round beef steak, cut in thin strip, deer & moose can also be used shopping list
- 3 tbsp margarine shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese, cubed shopping list
- 2/3 cup milk shopping list
- Hot parsley noodles shopping list
How to make it
- Brown the beef slowly in margarine. Add onions, mushrooms and seasonings. Cook until beef is tender.
- Add cream cheese and milk; continue cooking, stirring until cheese melts. Serve over hot noodes.
