I substitude deer for the beef. This is a good meal on a cold wintery day..

Ingredients
  • 1 lb round beef steak, cut in thin strip, deer & moose can also be used
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 - 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • Hot parsley noodles

Directions
  1. Brown the beef slowly in margarine. Add onions, mushrooms and seasonings. Cook until beef is tender.
  2. Add cream cheese and milk; continue cooking, stirring until cheese melts. Serve over hot noodes.
