I have a menu: first course - trout, dessert - peanut brittle! YummY

I will have to give this a try. I haven't been too successful in makeing brittle. The golden stage always gets me.

Elaine, Candy also wants to make this for the halloween party. She wants to make special shapes, though, and decorate them. Is this possible, and if so, will you let us know how please? Thanks! 5
Pete :)
