- 1/2 CUP butter shopping list
- 1-2 TABLESPOONS sugar (ADJUST TO YOUR TASTE) shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOONS heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 2 (16 OUNCE) PACKAGES frozen corn, THAWED shopping list
- 1 (8 OUNCE) PACKAGE cream cheese, SOFTENED shopping list
- FRESH GROUND PEPER TO TASTE shopping list
- 3/4 TO 1 CUP CRUSHED butter flavored crackers LIKE RITZ shopping list
- 3 TABLESPOONS butter, FINELY DICED shopping list
How to make it
- SET OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
- GREASE 13X9 BAKING DISH
- IN LARGE SAUCEPAN MELT BUTTER OVER LOW HEAT
- ADD WHIPPING CREAM AND SUGAR; STIR UNTIL BLENDED
- MIX IN CORN, STIR TO COAT
- STIR IN CREAM CHEESE AND COOK STIRRING OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL MELTED AND WELL BLENDED
- SEASON TO TASTE, YOU CAN ALS ADD CAJON SEASONG IF YOU WISH
- TRANSFER TO BAKING DISH
- SPRINKLE THE CRUSHED CRACKERS OVER THE TOP THE DOT WITH BUTTER
- BAKE FOR ABOUT 20-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED
