How to make it

  • HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
  • USING SOLID SHORTENIN GREASE A BUNDT PAN
  • IN LARGE BOWL COMBINE CAKE MIX, PUDDING, OIL AND EGGS
  • DISOLVE INSTANT COFFEE GRANULES IN HOT WATER AND ADD TOO CAKE MIX ALONG WITH KAHLUA, VODKA AND CREME DE CACAO
  • MIX AT LOW SPEED TO BLEND. SWITCH MIXER TO HIGH AND MIX FOR TWO MINUTES
  • POUR INTO PREPARED PAN
  • BAKE 50 TO 55 MINUTES OR UNTIL CAKE PULLS AWAY FROM SIDES OF PAN OR CAKE TESTS DONE. START CHECKING AT 45 MINUTES
  • USUNG TOOTHPICK OR CAKE TESTER, PUNCH HOLES THROUGH TO BOTTOM OF CAKE AT 1 INCH INTERVALS
  • POUR GLAZE OVER CAKE AND LET ABSORB BEFORE TURNING CAKE ONTO SERVING DISH
