How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 200degC
  • Sauce: combine sauce ingreadients and set aside
  • Place wedges on baking tray and sprinkle with oil. Toss to coat and roast 30mins.
  • Sprinkle seasoning and parmesan ovet the potator wedges and roast a further 10 mins or until the parmesan is crispy and golden brown.
