I have been trying to find a way to roast turkey wings for at least a year. I just really like them!
I know very little about cooking (I'm a guy) but even I could do your recipe. Only problem I had was I had to turn up the oven to 400 Deg and keep watching them to get them to brown (1st time).
I've never wrote to anyone or answered a web site like this but I just wanted to thank you, the turkey wings were really great.
Thanks a lot.
