Ingredients
  • 1 Pork Shoulder "Butt," preferably boneless*
  • 1 19oz. bottle of Dinosaur Barbeque’s Sensuous Slathering
  • Sauce,** plus another for serving

Directions
  1. Rinse and pat the pork butt dry.
  2. Place a thin layer of BBQ sauce in the bottom of your crock-pot.
  3. Place the pork, fatty side up, into the crock-pot and slather with the rest of the BBQ sauce in the bottle.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  5. When finished, the meat will be extremely tender; a steak knife will
  6. easily poke through.
  7. To shred, cut chunks from the butt and pull apart with two forks.
  8. Serve with the liquid in the crock-pot (run the liquid through a fat separator) and additional BBQ sauce, if desired.
  9. It’s great on a bun, mixed with rice, or all by itself.
  10. Sensuous Slathering Sauce is not your everyday barbeque sauce... an aggressive crimson-red tomato-based sauce riddled with spices you can see smell and taste.

Sounds good. I've got a couple posted and there is nothing like a good pulled pork. Thanks for posting the address for the BBQ sauce. You got my HIGH 5. :)
