This is a great recipe for cheese balls that my sons and I like to make. And you can just pop 'em in your mouth ... no waiting behind someone else to get to the cheese ball spreader! Prep time goes way down if you have kids to help roll them into b... More

Ingredients
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups ground walnuts

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well.
  2. Shape into 1-1/2-inch balls.
  3. Roll in nuts. Chill thoroughly. Serve with crackers.
