End Of Harvest Autumn Roasted Veggie Platter

- Assorted veggies and fruits: shopping list
- ------------------ shopping list
- sweet onion sliced into half moons shopping list
- large green tomato sliced shopping list
- red cherry tomatoes halved shopping list
- yellow grape tomatoes halved shopping list
- asian pear (pear-apple) sliced shopping list
- 2 baking potatoes and 2 sweet potatoes microwaved until 'almost' done shopping list
- brown sugar shopping list
- honey shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- italian spice shopping list
- cinnamon shopping list
- walnuts shopping list
- spices shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325F
- Place foil on a baking sheet
- rub a little olive oil over it just to moisten
- Place veggies and fruits in rows in rows as in picture
- scatter nuts and small tomatoes about
- honey the fruits and nuts and sprinkle on cinnamon (just on them)
- sprinke oil on all veggies
- add brown sugar only on sweet taters
- improvise with your spices
- Roast for 20-25 minutes
- Broil last 2-3 minutes
