Kubbus With Keema

- Kubbus (arabic bread)-4 shopping list
- Boneless chicken- 200 gm shopping list
- Onions- 2 chopped well shopping list
- tomatoes-1 chopped finely shopping list
- Green Chillies -2-3 chopped shopping list
- Corriander leaves-i bunch shopping list
- ginger - 5-6 cloves crushed shopping list
- Garlic- 1inch chopped shopping list
- salt as required shopping list
- Crushed black pepper as required shopping list
- Egg- 4 shopping list
How to make it
- Beat the eggs.Set Aside.
- Boil Chicken with salt, ginger and garlic and 1/4th of the corriander leaves.
- Use a mixer to mince the chicken well.
- Add onions,green chillies,tomatoes,black pepper and the rest of the corriander leaves to the beaten egg.You may add a pinch of salt as well.Mix well
- Add the minced chicken to the above mixture.
- Place the kubbu on the pan and spread this mixture on one side.Carefully turn it over and let it cook on medium fire. Ensure that the flame is not too high else thre are chances of it getting burnt.
- Serve Hot and Enjoy!!
- P.S. for friends who are out of UAE or do not know where kubbus would be available...guess you can try this out with chapattis as well.However,nothing beats the Kubbus taste :)
