Kubbus With Keema Recipe
This is a dish that i had at an aunt's place in Sharjah and loved it enormously!! This is a simple dish made with kubbus or arabic bread.

Ingredients
  • Kubbus (arabic bread)-4
  • Boneless chicken- 200 gm
  • Onions- 2 chopped well
  • Tomatoes-1 chopped finely
  • Green Chillies -2-3 chopped
  • Corriander leaves-i bunch
  • Ginger - 5-6 cloves crushed
  • Garlic- 1inch chopped
  • Salt as required
  • Crushed black pepper as required
  • Egg- 4

Directions
  1. Beat the eggs.Set Aside.
  2. Boil Chicken with salt, ginger and garlic and 1/4th of the corriander leaves.
  3. Use a mixer to mince the chicken well.
  4. Add onions,green chillies,tomatoes,black pepper and the rest of the corriander leaves to the beaten egg.You may add a pinch of salt as well.Mix well
  5. Add the minced chicken to the above mixture.
  6. Place the kubbu on the pan and spread this mixture on one side.Carefully turn it over and let it cook on medium fire. Ensure that the flame is not too high else thre are chances of it getting burnt.
  7. Serve Hot and Enjoy!!
  8. P.S. for friends who are out of UAE or do not know where kubbus would be available...guess you can try this out with chapattis as well.However,nothing beats the Kubbus taste :)
