How to make it

  • Grease & flour 12 cup fluted bundt pan
  • Mix & bake cake mix according to instructions on pkg
  • Cool in pan 10 mins
  • Invert cake onto a wire rack to cool completely
  • Meanwhile :- With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese & butter until well blended
  • Gradually add icing sugar, beating well until blended
  • Remove 1/2 cup frosting to a small bowl
  • Add green food coloring a few drops at a time & mix well until the desired color is reached
  • Spread 1/2 the green frosting onto the icecream cone & set aside
  • Set aside the rest of the green frosting
  • To the remaining white frosting add red & yellow food coloring until you have a nice orange color
  • Spread onto cake to resemble a pumpkin
  • Place the reserved green icing in a plastic bag, squeeze out the air, snip a tiny tip off one corner & pipe vertical lines up the cake & at intervals all around
  • Invert the frosted icecream cone into the hole in the center of the cake to resemble a stem
