Creamy chicken casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 -Rotisserie Chicken-deboned and chopped
  • 2- sleeves Club crackers
  • 1-1/2 sticks of melted butter
  • 1-8oz sour cream (not light)
  • 1- can of cream of mushroom
  • 1-can of cream of chicken

Directions
  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, sour cream and soups together.
  2. crush 1 sleeve of crackers and spread in a 9x13 dish
  3. melt 1/2 stick of butter and drizzle over cracker mixture and pat down
  4. pour chicken mixture ontop of crackers and spread evenly
  5. crush 2nd sleeve of crackers and spread ontop of chicken mixture
  6. dot with melted butter
  7. bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy!!!!
  8. My husband's favorite dish and he's a picky eater.
