A great one skillet dish.

- 2 tlbs. margarine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small head cabbage,coarsely chopped
- 1/4 c. water
- 3 large potatoes,scrubbed and sliced
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 c. cubbed ham
Directions
- In large skillet over med. heat,saute onions in margarine. When tender add cabbage and stir. Add water,cover and simmer on med. low for 10 mins.
- Add potatoes and stir. Cover and allow to simmer for 10 more mins.
- Additional water may be needed.Sprinkle seasoning salt and paprika over cabbage and potatoes.
- Allow to simmer covered for 5 to 10 mins. until cabbage is soft and potatoes are nearly cooked. mix in ham and finish cooking until ham is hot and potatoes are done.
