How to make it

  • Combine chicken broth, green onion, worchester sauce, & soy sauce in a large sauce pot... gradually warm (when you are almost done making the wontons you will increase heat to bring to a vigorous boil.)
  • Using a food processer mince the greens of the Napa cabbage, mushrooms, & water chestnuts-- set aside.
  • In large bowl mix ground pork (if you add the shrimp, add it now), egg, and a few dashes of worchester sauce & soy sauce. Add the veggie mix from above.
  • get a small bowl of water to dip fingers in.
  • Take the wonton wrappers and add filling to centers of each- moisten sides, and fold like an envelope (most have instruction on packages)
  • Once you are done making wontons, drop them into boiling broth. Add any leftover pork mixture.
  • Boil for about 15 mintues.
  • Eat & Enjoy!!
