Ingredients

How to make it

  • Beat yolks bright yellow in color.
  • Add maple syrup and salt.
  • Cook in double boiler till mixtures thicken
  • Cool
  • Beat whites stiff.
  • Fold into cooled mixture with 2/3rds of whipped topping together.
  • Pour into shell.
  • Cover with remaining topping
  • Sprinkle with chocolate
  • Freeze at least 4 hours
