This may be used as a condiment or to baste, beef, chicken or pork.
Either way flavors are great

Ingredients
- 1 cup ketsup
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped apple
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 2 tbs pepper
- 2 tbs ginger
- 2 tbs cajun seasoning
Directions
- Mix all
- Shake well
- Use as a sauce condinent or to baste your poultry or meat
