Easy Roasted Root Vegetables

- 3 parsnips shopping list
- 1 medium turnip shopping list
- 2 sweet potatoes shopping list
- 5 white potatoes shopping list
- 6 carriots shopping list
- 2 onions shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 2 tsp fresh thyme shopping list
- 2 tsp fresh basil shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sea salt shopping list
- 2 tsp prepared mustard ( optional ) shopping list
How to make it
- Peel, and clean vegetables as needed.
- Cut all in same size chunks.
- Mix oil and seasonings in a food storange bag
- Toss vegetables in bag till well coated
- Spread out in single layer on baking sheet or casserole.
- Roast 40 minutes at 400F.
- Add onions halfway through baking time.
- This is a fabulous side dish for any meal
