How to make it

  • Peel, and clean vegetables as needed.
  • Cut all in same size chunks.
  • Mix oil and seasonings in a food storange bag
  • Toss vegetables in bag till well coated
  • Spread out in single layer on baking sheet or casserole.
  • Roast 40 minutes at 400F.
  • Add onions halfway through baking time.
  • This is a fabulous side dish for any meal
