Miniature Cheese Tarts Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350.
  • In a large bowl,combine the cheese,eggs and cream.
  • Mix in the mustard,paprika and pepper.
  • Arrange phylo tart cups on a rimed baking sheet. Use a small spoon to fill each three-quarters full with the cheese mixture.
  • Bake till the mixture is golden brown and set at the center,about 20 mins.
  • Tarts can be served warm or room temperature. They also can be cooled,placed in zip-loc plastic bags and frozen. Reheat at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes.

    Bookmarking this recipe...looks very good! I bought small phyllo dough tart cups last year at World Imports. Will have to see if they have them this year.
