Csusztatott Palacsinta-Hungarian chocolate pancakes

can be served for any meal or a delightful desert
Ingredients
- 3 eggs,seperated shopping list
- 2/3 cup confectioner's sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 2 TBS. butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 TBS. butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- beat egg yokes with 2 TBS. of sugar,vanilla and butter.
- add milk and cream,mix well, add flour and stir to a smooth batter
- beat egg whites with remaining sugar until soft peaks
- fold into batter
- butter a round ovenproof dish and skillet about the same size
- make pancakes about 1/4" thick and fry on one side only
- remove to ovenproof dish and sprinkle with some of the grated chocolate
- continue to make pancakes until you get to the last one, cook on both sides.
- bake in a 300* F. oven until chocolate melts.
- cut into 4 and serve
