Thanx for breaking it down into smaller, 1/3 increments in case you don't need an entire loaf. What a useful recipe, gonna save this one.

I don't use Instant Dry Milk powder, do you think I could simply subsitute some milk for the water? How much milk would 2 tablespoons of milk powder make?

Duh, I never even imagined that you could make your own Velveeta type cheese at home. You just got a GOLD STAR for this! Thanks and thanks for being an active part of the group.

I think I'm going to line an empty Velveeta box with foil then plastic wrap to use as the mold. Then I already have the perfect container to store it in with a lid already labeled.

Wynnebaer, thank you so much! I just made this and it is Deelicious. By accident, the store didn't have any medium cheddar, just mild and sharp cheddar so I got 2 bags of mild and 1 bag of sharp, oh My GAWD, it is to die for! The sharp cheddar really made it exquisite and much more expensive tasting. And I know what's in it, unlike the loafs in the store hehee. Thanks again!
