Ingredients
  • 8 oz. linguine, uncooked
  • 2 cups cleaned medium fresh shrimp
  • 4 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 2 cups)
  • 1 cup (8oz) cream cheese Spread
  • 3 cups torn cleaned spinach

Directions
  1. COOK linguine as directed on package.
  2. MEANWHILE, heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp, tomatoes and cream cheese spread; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and mixture is well blended.
  3. DRAIN pasta; place in large bowl. Add spinach; toss lightly. Stir in shrimp mixture.
  4. Note: I would Tweak this recipe to suit your family. We also like adding broccoli. Some people might want to add olives..have fun with it.
