How to make it

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend well.
  • Place sliced meat in a large zip-lock bag.
  • Pour marinade over meat.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for at LEAST 12 hours preferrably longer.

    Dales marinade is good for jerky also. Its a bit salty though.

    I assume you meant marinate in the refrigerator. Beef jerky is safe unrefrigerated because it has no moisture content and moisture must be present for bacteria to grow. Once moisture is added, however, it becomes a temperature-sensitive potentialy hazardous food and must be refrigerated. This sounds hot.
