Quick Jerk Marinade For Jerky Recipe

Quick Jerk Marinade For Jerky Recipe
Quick and easy marinade for beef jerky using store bought stuff. Of the many experimentations I've done with jerky marinades this one has been the most popular. Makes enough to marinade a typical London Broil but into strips.

I assume you meant marinate in the refrigerator. Beef jerky is safe unrefrigerated because it has no moisture content and moisture must be present for bacteria to grow. Once moisture is added, however, it becomes a temperature-sensitive potentialy hazardous food and must be refrigerated. This sounds hot.

I assumed that went without saying. I've adjusted the recipe.

Dales marinade is good for jerky also. Its a bit salty though.
