Ingredients
  • 1 head Romaine
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • bag Zesty Cheese Doritos
  • Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 lb. ground beef, lean
  • 1 medium block of cheddar
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning

Directions
  1. Fry the ground beef on top of stove. Add taco seasoning as per instructions on package.
  2. Tear lettuce and break up the bag of Doritos. Grate cheese and cut up tomatoes.
  3. Mix all ingredients together including about 3/4 of the bottle of dressing. Cool.
  4. Note: everything can be mixed up ahead of time and then the lettuce added at the last minutes.
