How to make it

  • Combine bisquick,oats,baking powder and salt.;make a well in center of mixture. Combine egg,honey, and applesauce;add to dry ingredients,stirring till just moistened. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 71/2x31/2x21/4" loaf pans.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 mins or till wooden pick in center is clean.
  • Cool in pan 10 mins,remove from pans and cool on wire rack!

    Might give this a try...I will leave the raisins out though, definitely not a fan of raisins! Everything else I keep in my pantry, and there are big bread lovers here. thanx for the post. :)
