How to make it

  • Roast red, orange or yellow peppers in broiler until burnt.
  • Cool pepper slightly and place in plastic bag. Put in freezer for 5-10 minutes.
  • Remove pepper from freezer and remove skin and seeds from pepper.
  • Put pepper in blender with lime juice, vinegar, honey, and salt and pepper and mix on high.
  • Slowly pour in olive oil.
  • Transfer to condiment , squirt bottle.
  • Decoratively drizzle onto hors d'oeuvres platters and over your appetizers.
  • Very pretty during holidays!
