I'd also recommend pablano peppers for those who don't want it spicy, but still want a teeny bit of a zing. Another fruit suggestion besides mangoes is pineapples.

Update: This turned out very good, I thoroughly enjoyed it. My roommate ended up ruining dinner by scarfing this salsa down an hour before dinner was ready.
