Simple way to change up ice cream.

Ingredients
  • 4 flour tortillas, fresh
  • butter, melted
  • cinnamon
  • sugar

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350ºF
  2. Cut each tortilla into 3 smaller circles using a cookie cutter (or a doughnut cutter, or the lid from a wide mouth mason jar).
  3. Brush with butter, dust with cinnamon & sugar.
  4. Crimp edges and push into a muffin tin.
  5. Bake for ten minutes, let cool.
  6. Place a single scoop of ice cream in each cup.
  7. Serve with caramel sauce or sprinkles.
