How to make it

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cake mix, eggs and oil (batter will be very stiff). Stir in coconut, chips, and nuts. roll into 1 inch balls. Place on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until a slight indentation remains when lightly touched. Cool for 2 minutes remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

    Hmmm... I believe that you solved my problem here.
    There are a few people had asked me to make a cookie with cocunt and they say that they didn't care if it was someone else's recipe.I really got to give these a try.I still have a cup left of cocunt still left & I need to get it used.Thank you so much.You are such a life saver.

    I'm making this one with macadamia nuts - my favorites! Thanks for another great recipe!
    Also, I have found parchment paper the best for baking cookies! It doesn't stick and I can slide it off the cookie sheet and add more cookies to save baking time. They can cool on racks on the parchment.
