Tortellini in Brodo

- 2 cups chicken stock, homemade if at all possible shopping list
- 3/4C frozen tortellini shopping list
- 1 handful fresh spinach shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Parmiggiano Reggiano, freshly grated shopping list
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, amount a wedge worth shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the stock to a boil and cook the tortellini.
- Put a handful of spinach in a soup bowl. Ladle the soup over top and squeeze in lemon and stir.
- Grate cheese and zest on top, and add some freshly ground salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
