Pumpkin Mousse

- 11/2c whipping cream shopping list
- 1 pkg(3 oz.) cream cheese,softened shopping list
- 3/4c packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- 1/4tsp salt shopping list
- 1 can(15 oz) pumpkin(not pumpkin pie mix) shopping list
- 1 pouch(2bars) Nature Valley pecan crunchncrunchy granola bars(from8.9-oz.box) shopping list
- 8 candy pumpkins if desired shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl,beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form;refrigerate.
- In med. bowl,beat cream cheese,brown sugar,pumpkin oie spice and salt with electric mixer on med. speed about 2 mins,scraping bowl occasionally,until smooth and creamy. On low speed,beat in pumpkin,scraping bowl occasionally.
- Using rubber spatula,gently fold 2 cups of the whipped cream into pumpkin mixture. Spoon mousse into 8 individual dessert dishes
- To serve,spoon dollop of remaining whipped cream onto each serving. oarsely crush granola bars;sprinkle over each serving. Garnish with candy pumpkins.
