How to make it

  • Scald milk, add sugar, shortening and salt, let cool
  • Soften yeast in warm water with the 1 lg Tbs sugar
  • When milk is cool, add eggs - beaten slightly and yeast
  • Stir in flour a little at a time
  • Cover and let rise twice it's size.
  • Shape into buns and let rise again
  • Dough will be sticky, so four your hands while trying to shape into buns.
  • Bake at 375 for about 12-14 minutes
