Cheesey Spinach Canapes

- 6 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 3/4 c. soft butter shopping list
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/2 c. romano cheese, shredded shopping list
- 2 c. pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix shopping list
- 3 T onion, chopped fine shopping list
- 3 T chopped garlic shopping list
- 3 T red pepper, chopped fine shopping list
- 3 T chopped mushrooms shopping list
- seasoned salt shopping list
- garlic pepper shopping list
- 1 T Worcestershire shopping list
- 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach shopping list
How to make it
- Thaw and drain spinach.
- Mix all of above ingredients together and let sit in refrigerator 2 hours.
- Roll into small bite-size balls.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on large greased cookie sheets.
- Serve warm as hors d'oeuvre.
