Healthy Scrambled Eggs Recipe
This is one of my favorite egg recipes for breakfast!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1/2 c chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 small tomato
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c pepperjack cheese

Directions
  1. Spray frying pan with pam or use a little butter to prevent sticking.
  2. Saute' onions and mushrooms til soft.
  3. Add eggs and heat til almost cooked.
  4. Add tomato, avocado and cheese.
  5. Heat til cheese melts.
