Healthy Scrambled Eggs

- 1/2 small onion shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 small tomato shopping list
- 1 avocado shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 c pepperjack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Spray frying pan with pam or use a little butter to prevent sticking.
- Saute' onions and mushrooms til soft.
- Add eggs and heat til almost cooked.
- Add tomato, avocado and cheese.
- Heat til cheese melts.
