Hersheys chocolate syrup Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine cocoa,sugar and salt in saucepan.
  • Add water n mix until smooth.
  • Bring mixture to a boil.
  • Allow to boil for one minute, becare to not over boil.
  • Remove from heat.
  • When cooled add vanilla.
  • Store in fridge.
