We love this dip. I have tweaked it over the years - not sure where the original came from. Love it ooey, gooey and right out of the oven!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1 can crab meat, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • Juice from a lemon wedge
  • Old Bay Seasoning
  • Dash Worcestershire
  • Dash Red Pepper Flakes
  • Dash Hot Sauce

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Butter a one quart ovenproof baking dish.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  4. Pour into baking dish and bake 18-20 minutes until brown and bubbly.
  5. Serve with crackers.
