How to make it

  • With mixer, in mixer bowl, cream butter and sugar well
  • Then add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition
  • Add sour cream and flour, which has been sifted with soda and salt
  • Add vanilla
  • Pour into a greased and floured Bundt cake pan
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until brown
  • Cake will spring back when touched lightly
  • Glaze cake while hot
  • GLAZE
  • In large bowl, mix butter, lemon, juice and powdered sugar until smooth
