Ingredients

2 cups cooked Rice

1 cup cooked ham diced 1/4 inch peices

2 eggs slightly beanten

1 tbs. freeze dried green bell pepper or fresh green pepper

1/4 tsp instant minced onion

1/4 tsp. mustard

Directions

combined ingredients make fry cakes 2 inches in diameter

fry in hot oil makes 12 patties {may be frozen}
