    modelsmom if they falll apart on you maybe they needed to cook little longer to absorb the moisture

    I made these last night. THey were delicious, but they almost all fell apart in the pan! I need some tips for getting them to stay in the cake shape. Should I have used sushi rice? Cut the ham into even tinier cubes?
