How to make it
- Mix the wafer crumbs, walnuts, and butter, and press into a pie pan.
- Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
- With an electric hand blander, beat the berries, egg white, and sugar on high until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the sour cream.
- Spoon the berries mix into the pie curst.
- Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Swirl the top, and put back in the freezer until ready to serve. (Don't let it dry out though)
