Ingredients
  • 8 ounce fat free soft cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan reduced-fat topping
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic

Directions
  1. Over low heat combine cream cheese and milk, stiring so cream cheese does not stick to pan.
  2. As cream cheese begins to melt, add in 1/2 cup of water and garlic.
  3. After cream cheese is melted, whish in parmesan cheese until smooth.
  4. If mixture is too thick add the other 1/2 cup of water, a little at a time.
  5. Half a cup of sauce equals 2 points on weight watchers.
  6. Optional:
  7. In a seprate pan you can saute onions, peppers, mushrooms, all are zero points, and Jennie-O Italian sausage, 3 points.
  8. Mix together and put over a serving of whole grain pasta also 3 points.
  9. Add 1/2 cup of sauce for a total of 8 points.
