Spiced pumpkin fudge

- 2cups granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 cup packed light borwn sugar shopping list
- 11/2 sticks of butter shopping list
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup pumpkin shopping list
- 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- 2 cups white morsels (12 oz) shopping list
- 1 (7oz) marshmallow creme shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 11/2 t. vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Line an oblong cake pan with foil.
- combine sugar, brown sugar, evaporated milk, pumpkin, butter and spice in medium, heavy duty saucepan.
- Bring to a full rolling boil oaver medium heat, stirring constantly for 10 to 12 minutes or until candy tehrmometer reaches 234 degrees to 240 degrees, the soft ball stage.
- Quickly stir in morsels, creme, nuts and vanilla.
- Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until morsels are melted.
- Immediately pour into prepared pan.
- Stand on wire rack for two hours or until completely cool.
- Refrigerate tightly covered.
- To cut, lift from pan and remove foil.
- Makes 48 2" pieces.

My sister had pumpkin fudge at a fall festival last year and raved about it. I am trying out all the recipes (that sound good) for it that I find. Thanks for this one!
