Ingredients
  • 2- egg whites( beaten til stiff while adding the sugar below gradually
  • 2/3- cup sugar
  • 4- teaspoons butter , melted
  • 1 -1/2 cups minced popped corn
  • 1/2 - teaspoon salt
  • 1- teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1- small package blanched almonds, ..toasted

Directions
  1. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar, beating constantly until stiff peaks form.
  2. Set aside
  3. Combine butter and popped corn together
  4. Fold in beaten egg whites
  5. Add salt and vanilla.
  6. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls on to a well- greased cookie sheet
  7. Decorate with nuts..
  8. Bake at 325 degrees F. …for 7 minutes
  9. makes 2 dozen cookies
