Ingredients
- 2- egg whites( beaten til stiff while adding the sugar below gradually shopping list
- 2/3- cup sugar shopping list
- 4- teaspoons butter , melted shopping list
- 1 -1/2 cups minced popped corn shopping list
- 1/2 - teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1- teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1- small package blanched almonds, ..toasted shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar, beating constantly until stiff peaks form.
- Set aside
- Combine butter and popped corn together
- Fold in beaten egg whites
- Add salt and vanilla.
- Drop batter by teaspoonfuls on to a well- greased cookie sheet
- Decorate with nuts..
- Bake at 325 degrees F. …for 7 minutes
- makes 2 dozen cookies
